The only thing that will keep you cool in that high of temps is a fan. Will you look cool yes, however this jacket was designed to keep winter elements at bay. You may want to look at a light weight shell or even a Burton bonded hoodie. Best of luck and don't forget the SPF...

If there is still snow on the ground when it's 70 outside, consider yourself lucky. That being said, why wouldn't you be wearing a t-shirt?This has 40g Thermacore insulation which will be way too hot. Look for a breathable rain jacket (like the stoic vaporshell) or any goretex paclite jacket or something similar. This will allow you the waterproof protection you will need when the snow is melting.

You will probably be able to Rock a Large. However if you want to layer and have a little sag you may want to look at a Xl. I feel a Large should work.
