Can your old gloves do this?

With the Burton Touch N Go Knit Glove Liner you can use your smartphone while keeping your fingers toasty, whether you're snowboarding or walking to class. Screen Grab fingertips allow you to use your touchscreen device without taking your glove off, and the soft acrylic fabric adds extra warmth when you're wearing the Touch N Go under your snowboard glove on frigid days at the mountain.

    Only three "screen grab" fingers

I picked these up because of the implication that all fingers would be touch-screen capable, and in fact the physical product labeling says "get total touchscreen control with any finger" - but it's only thumb, index, and middle fingers.
For some people this may not be an issue, but since the iPad has some 4 finger gestures, it was a serious disappointment.

      Great liners!

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have snowboarded with these gloves quite a few times and have not even needed an outer shell. Yes they get wet if your hands are in the snow, but they quickly warm up. The touchscreen ability has seemed to work every time, wet or not so that is a plus! The gloves do come very far up the wrist, but that comes in handy if you are in deeper snow. I would recommend them definitely!
