They usually would. But since all that is left in stock is a Medium, the particular size they have available will not fit.

You broke a highback? if that happened riding, check to see if burton will replace it. If they don't, these will work.Are you sure? Burton's website says they fit all 3D baseplate bindings. The connection point on the ESTs are a bit different...anyone use these with their EST bindings? My original highback is cracked too and I'm out of warranty.

They will fit, general binding shape doesn't change much at all over the years. If they dont, you can return them without a problem. When you buy something here, it gets shipped with a return form just in case.
