The Burton Shaun Snowboard Boot gives Mr. White the performance he needs to dominate X-Games, Olympics, movie seggies, and any day in the terrain park. A Supercuff heel-hold system keeps Shaun (and you) locked in place, and the Power Spine adds support to chart up the pipe walls and boost huge off the lip. Shaun had Burton add B3 Gel cushioning to pad the landings on those massive gap hits. Now, if you don't stick your cab seven, you have no one but yourself to blame. - Fall 2009.

Hi guys just got this boot for Christmas and so far it is an incredible boot. My question is; it came with four "L" shaped antimicrobial inserts and a picture showing them in the boot along the sides of the heel. Do these get used while wearing the boot or when they not in use?

They get used while wearing the boot... but only should you need additional ankle heel hold.
If you are not getting any ankle slip then you don't need them right off the bat. However, you may want to put them somewhere for later. As the boots break in over a couple seasons you may find yourself wanting to drop them in at a later point to tighten up the ankle.

No, its the mid-level option..Though it is a very good boot! Unless your doing some type of ridiculous movements 1.e. multi spin level tricks and so on, this boot should be perfect for you! Enjoy!
