    Irie.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Just picked these bad boys up for the upcoming season. Love the brilliant Rasta colorway, affordable price point (considering they're Gore-Tex), and waterproof Gore-Tex membrane. Seriously, I don't think you'll find another Gore-Tex glove in the same price range with similar features.

They're decently warm, with low-bulk insulation and a super-soft lining material. I'd say they're probably good for riding in temps ranging from the mid-teens up to the low-forties. Haven't had to test their Gore-Tex waterproofing out yet, as Utah's been lacking on deep powder this season. Hopefully, I'll get to use these for their intended use- slaying the steep and deep!

Oh yeah, the touchscreen fingertips work great! As my first touchscreen-compatible gloves, I'm thoroughly impressed with the ability to navigate through my phone and snap pics on the mountain.

    The best for the price.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

In my opinion, when factoring in both price and performance, these are the best gloves Burton makes. Sure, they make 'better' gloves, but they're also more expensive. These ones get the balance between price/performance just right. In addition to the obvious benefits of Gore-Tex, I much prefer the toughness of synthetic leather, and the fit of these gloves is great - not too bulky but still warm enough.

    Perfect Gloves

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These gloves weren't so thick that I couldn't feel anything, but they kept my hands at a nice ambient temperature all day in the snow at Tahoe.
They feel great, they breathe and they fit well.
    Loved them.

Does this glove really have a lifetime manufacturer warranty? Burton is great for replacing anything under warranty, but most of the other gloves say 1 year warranty (makes sense, gloves don't last forever).

    Hi Jason!

To quote from Burton's website, "Burton Snowboards warrants all products sold by Burton to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product. A “lifetime” warranty means the lifetime of the original owner. If a product is found to be defective by Burton, in its sole discretion, Burton's only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Burton will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product."
