Hike to that secret powder stash with the Burton Rider's Pack on your back. This pack has an aluminum backstay to keep your load stable as you climb the ridge. Attach your snowboard with the horizontal carry system, load your water bladder (not included) into its compartment, stash your MP3 or goggles in the fleece-lined pocket, and get going. The Burton Rider's Pack also features a split board attachment system, just in case you find yourself on terrain you can't skin up. *Available for US shipment only.

I purchased this pack with the intent to snowshoe with the board strapped to my pack. The board carry system works either vertical or horizontal, and once I took my board off, I could cinch my snowshoes onto the vertical carry strap. My shovel fits inside perfectly and the pack has room inside to carry stuff for a days' ride. Only thing I had trouble with was finding a good place to put my extendable trekking poles. Not really any good spots that make access easy should I get into a flatter area where I don't want to unstrap. All in all, I think this bag is worth it. I'd recommend it to anyone.
