This season Burton decided to downsize the freestyle favorite Process board to create the Kids' Process Smalls Snowboard. It has a softer flex and a stable, forgiving profile to help park-hungry kids take their riding to the next level.
The flat profile is stable for hitting the jump line and more forgiving than camber to make learning spins easier. The twin shape allows little rippers to learn switch tricks and the medium flex is softer than the Custom Smalls for kids who want to dial in their rail tricks. Biax glass allows for consistent torsional flex, making turning and pressing easy. The Super Fly wood core is lightweight, yet strong, and the Pro-Tips tapered nose and tail reduce swing weight. Rail Ready edges are pre-beveled so they can start sliding rails on the first run, and the board is finished off with an extruded base that's easy to repair if it gets dinged up in the park.
