The tech specs say that the seams are fully taped but the description says that critical seams are taped- which is it?

The seams on the Poacher are critically taped.

There is no specific temp rating on jackets like there is on sleeping bags. This jacket has a 10k waterproof rating and a medium amount (60 grams) of insulation in the body. With a base layer and sweatshirt underneath, this jacket should keep you warm until about 0-10 degrees F.

Two words, conservative steez.

For the price, this is all you need. With the sig fit, the length is extended without the width hanging off your back. The coverage is NICE. With 60g of insulation, its not the warmest, but in most conditions is just fine. If its extremely cold you may want to think about layering.
