Here's what others have to say...

Are these compatible with 4x4 boards? Or are they burton specific?

Yes, these will work with both Burton 3D or other 4x4 patterns.

Yes they are. Th will come with a 4-hole disk in the box.

I've got size 10 Burton Freestyle Boots,...

I've got size 10 Burton Freestyle Boots, can I use large bindings or will these be too big?

You can use a L/XL binding, you will just have to adjust the binding to fit your boot. I personally wouldnt go for a L/XL binding with size 10 boots tho, I would go for the M/L binding. With the large you might have too much room in the cage and your boot will have a lot of play and movement within the binding. The cut off for a M/L binding is usually a 10/11, so I would say go for a M/L binding. Unless you think that within the next season you will be movin up to an 11+ boot. Hope this helps brotha

Burton doesn't make L/XL or M/L. They are Medium or Large. The sizing for Large are 10+ and higher. Mediums are 8-10. The freestyle boot, it depends on what year they are but they might be a bit on the bigger side. I would still run the medium. Reason being, the next time you get boots, which should be in a year or two, those boots will most likely be a lot slimmer. They will fit much better. Get the mediums.

Super plush bindings, looks good on white board.

Good bindings bad luck

super comfortable, and plush. Good support. The second time it took them out the heal strap jammed and my foot was stook in the binding, of course it was my rear foot, so it kind of messed with me day. Fortunately Burton sent a replacement strap within two weeks of calling them, but it still killed my season. Overall, great binding, but just hope you have better luck than I did.

will the size large p1.1 fit well with...

will the size large p1.1 fit well with size 10 burton ruler boots? or will medeum be a nicer fit? also will these boots suit intermediate riders?

The cut off is a 10. Anything bigger than that would be a large. The 10 should fit nicely. The ruler boots are great, Not too stiff but not too soft. For the price you can't go wrong with these bindings. You will be stoked on this setup for sure.

    Nice bindings

These are sick bindings. I ride about half park and they are awesome everywhere on the mountain. The red also looks ill on my board.

      What can i say?

Only had the chance to work with these for about 2 weeks of riding, but those 2 weeks were epic. These bad boys are awesome. I felt a whole new level of comfort taking my board in the park and carving as well. Do yourself a favor and make your life better. Buy these.

I'm tossing up between this and the cartel....

I'm tossing up between this and the cartel. I'm probably in the park 40% of the time and the rest of the time ill be doing anything and everything all over the mountain. I thought maybe the cartel would be a little to stiff for park? But then again maybe the p1.1 is to soft for shredding down a mountain haha? I dont know. Whats the difference between the two? By the way i'm about 6'3 190lbs if that makes a difference. Thanks

The cartel and the P1.1 are great bindings. The best thing about the P1.1 is its baseplate. It is a duel density configuration that allows for a better flex. The bottom is stiffer than the top. This makes the binding "roll" with the flex of the board. The P1.1 was the binding that Jeremy Jones rode before they came out with EST. The P1.1 will hold up everywhere you will ever go. The straps are super comfortable as well. You will not be disappointed.

Do the tonal reds have a glossy material...

Do the tonal reds have a glossy material on the straps?

well i bought a pair that has a matted suede material as well as glossy material highlights on the straps. Is this legit?

I just bought these in a size large but...

I just bought these in a size large but am skeptic that is the correct size for a size 10 boot..should i go smaller?

What boots are you running? Certain boots are on the smaller than others i.e. the Salomon F 20/22 and Burton park boots. But if not and you have 32's or DC you should be ok. I don't think you should worry about it. These bindings are awesome though.

You should be OK with a size 10 in large binders, but you're going to have the ladders on the last screw and probably have to ratchet them down all the way. You *might* want to try and fit them in some mediums, but by god, son, please take them to a shop where you can put the boot *in* the binding and see if it fits!

So many people have questions like yours, "I just bought such-and-such..."

david zemens you are my hero! get them in the shop so you can have someone who actually knows about snowboarding. I would of gone with the mediums

Sick all mountain and park bindings

Sick bindings, study when i need them to be going down a face and flexible when im hitting rails or jumps. I cant believe they hold up to the crap i put them through. I had the mission bindings before, but these are well worth every penny. but i got them for 134 on tramdock...cant beat that! but they were last years model, im sure these are even better.

will last years models 3d disks be compatible...

will last years models 3d disks be compatible with the new channel system on burton boards?

          Best Answer

No, the disks will not be compatible, but the binding ARE... When you buy a new channel board it will come with a new set of disks (called retro compatible disks) that work with your Burton disk binding to make it compatible with the channel board.

If you did not get the disks call and they will send you some! EASY FIX!

If desired you can also call Burton rider services and they can answer questions you have: Burton Rider Services at (800) 881-3138

          best binding ever

These are definetly the best bindings i have ever owned. I have this years and last years in white and gold and both years perform the same. If you can find last years i would say go with those because they will be at a cheaper price. Overall good for park or just cruising in the powder.

Burton Triad or Burton P1.1? I ride mostly...

Burton Triad or Burton P1.1? I ride mostly park and on occasion pow when it dumps snow...which one would be a better choice for me??

If you like a slightly stiffer bindings that drive turns more aggresive than go with the triad... want it softer for buttering / jibbing, handle the P1.

What style riding is this for? I ride park...

What style riding is this for? I ride park a lot and on occasion pow would this be a good binding for me? Are these light weight bindings?

Great lightweight binding. They are made for all conditions so you can take them anywhere.

            These bindings are sick...

I've got the P1 wingtips and they are dope. Highbacks give you lots of control and the dual component baseplates allow for super responsiveness when shredding the mountain. These are incredibly comfortable too. The straps are almost like jelly and the gatorskin look is clean.

Hi I tried an older set of P1's last season...

I tried an older set of P1's last season (red and black) and really liked the toe covering strap system. (I.e toes go in to the strap) I like the better grip and response. The new P1's seem to have a different strap up front, can it also be used a toe covering strap or does it only function as an above the toe type?

It seems to be like the strap that Ride has/had.. it's a convertible strap - either over the toe or toe cap style.

They have toe caps. The picture on here is just weird

These are just burtons new version of the cap-straps just not all there bindings have them only the better bindings do.
