Bottom Line: Buckle up the high-performance Burton P1 Bindings and experience true all-terrain luxury.
I had my bindings for almost 2 years now and have been riding hard everything from park to deep powder hard packed ice and slushy spring conditions. These bindings have held up very well, are comfy and are super responsive. You can make changes on the fly if need be. My best pair of bindings so far. Well worth the money.
Do the P1 or burton bindings for that matter of any kinds, fit other snowboards that don't have the three pin holes? I have a ride agenda with the regular square pins. Thanks,Nato
These guys can take you anywhere you want on the mountain, from the back to the backcountry, and you'll be ng comfortable every step of the way. The ankle strap is plush and contoured to fit with the boot for maximum comfort, and as always the capstrap on the toe delivers great response. The Living Hinge offers easy adjustability too, so you can change your lean on the fly.

they will fit but your toes will be way over the edge of the bindingI wouldn't recommend getting a small size for bindings. You won't have as much control. No, the small size will not work for size 10.5 boots. I have size 10.5 boots, and size M P1's and even then I needed to get a couple extra-long ladder straps to make it feasible to strap in at the top of each run. Once you get the straps, though, medium works well with 10.5's.
For the money, these are the best bindings out there. Very adjustable, and extremely comfortable. The straps and baseplates are comfortable. Think of getting Customs? Step it up to P1's! Worth every penny.
Paired up some new P1's with Burton Hails and my feet could not be happier. Had some old Customs with Rulers which started hurting my feet after a couple runs. I could ride all day with the P1's, super comfortable, responsive, and love the gel padding! Just did 2 days in Whistler and binding kept up like a champ. Pros: Gel padding everywhere, soft and firm Cons: (VERY MINOR) The padded baseplate only works with Burton boards :( Overall would highly recommend these bindings for all levels or riders.
Try Burton Custom. They're your best starting bet. These bindings are a little more specific to riding types including the Cartel, C60, and TriadYou could go with the Burton Customs as well. I have those and love them. They work all over the mountain just fine, and they're a little cheaper than some of the others.
This is SUCH a comfy set of bindings! They are super plush and make all day riding super comfortable. I mounted mine to an Arbor snowboard, fits choice. Control transfers to your snowboard just as your screwed directly to the deck. I love the heel cup clip. It allows for highback adjustment without changing the shape of your heel cup so your foot always sits all the way down on the back of the binging.
These bindings are by far the most comfortable bindings I have ever used. The capstrap is clutch, the highbacks are nice and tall, and the ankle strap is perfect. The ratchets are fast and smooth, and the heel padding pretty much rocks.
I have tried just about every binding out there and hands down my 08 P1's are the best, most durable, comfortable bindings I've ever used. Paired with my Custom X it's SICK!!
I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in these bindings. I would say the flex is stiffer than "medium" - and with that, these bindings provide excellent response. All meterial and hardware is top-notch. Lots of comfort between padding and adjustbility. Nothing bad to say; excellent bindings!
I recently picked up snowboarding and after a beginning lesson fell in love with the sport. I did a ton of research on how much I should spend and what exactly I needed. After learning that I could reuse my bindings and boots should I opt for a better board it was clear that I wanted a good set of bindings. It's never easy dropping a couple hundred bucks for gear but I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for. I got these bindings in the black/clear and they have not disappointed. I love the look/ease of use/support/adjustability. I definitely plan on reusing these things once I need a new board!
