if you like poopy green...

liked the jacket style but i thought the color was straight brown its more greenish-kinda poopy green, did not look fly with my teal all.

Does anyone know if the blue is the same...

Does anyone know if the blue is the same blue shown on here, or if its a brighter blue?

The Picture is pretty true to color if I remember correctly. Sorry I don't have a picture for you. I'm pretty sure it is the same color.

Love it!

This jacket fits great, true to size. Lots of pockets, kept me totally dry and warm. Great quality, great price. I highly recommend!

Great fit for city or slopes

I bought a bunch of these jackets as the coaching uniform for my staff of Spring coaches. They are great because the cut is feminine and looks professional, and can still keeping us warm on the sidelines. It's definitely not a frumpy jacket, so it's a little tighter to zip up, but worth it.

A Burden to Wear

I was looking to replace my 12 yrs. old Patagonia jacket. Of all my outerwear, this is the jacket I would take with me if my house was on fire. Effortless to wear. This Burton jacket I'm returning is it's polar(ha) opposite. The sleeves bind, the shoulders are cut too wide causing the armholes to twist and the stupid buckle on the bottom flaps around when the coat is worn open. I couldn't take it off fast enough and package it back up in the bag for return. Sorry Burton, my old Patagonia jacket is pure perfection.

Decent jacket but material wasn't great

I ordered this jacket in a small and although it's a nice jacket/cute, I wasn't too crazy about the's not that soft and just looked on the cheap side to me, compared to my other snowbording jackets.

I ordered it in the pink color expecting a bright pink (like highlighter pink) but it was a bit more of a muted color than I wanted.

I really like the low belt detail, it adds a nice touch.

If you go by the sizing chart located to the right of the picture up top you should get the right size no problem.

Love it!

I really like how it fits. I'm 5'3" and about 130 lbs and wear a small. I've been having trouble with some other brands with it being too tight around my waist, but this jacket fits perfectly.
The bright pink color is cool too, everyone is able to find and follow me around.

I'm having trouble deciding between this...

I'm having trouble deciding between this jacket and the Burton Society Jacket ( Which do you think is more worth it?

Responded on

Personally I like this jacket better. The Society jacket is more of a shell piece where this jacket has a 100g insulate.

I also think this jacket is very cute.

Responded on

While both jackets are cute, the Society jacket is super-cute, and better/softer, more high-end looking material IMO.

I love this item!!!!

actually, before I got this, I am not sure this item. but when I got this, I totally love this. because it is enough to protect me against cold. and I bought Curacao that is a kind of mixed green and a little bit bright. but when we are on the snow, this color looks so beautiful. My friend also want to buy this kind of color.
anyway, recently I enjoy this a lot.

Good compliments while wearing it

The coat is a bright pink, more so than the picture shows online (think highlighter pink). I think it's a great safety precaution, if you ever get stuck in a snow bank and you need people to find you.

The belt buckle on the bottom is super cute. The waist pockets are nice and deep. The chest pockets are a good idea, except I feel, and my phone/ipod completely got crushed on my chest, which made it hurt more. There needs to be a real inside pocket, not just for a mountain pass.

I was between a Large and XL. In the large, everything was fine, except the chest part and arms were a little tight. So now that I have an XL, it's a bit too big and looks bulky on me. In hindsite, I would have stuck with the L, cuz it seems to stretch out a little bit. Right now, it looks a little bulky, especially if there are things in the pockets.

As for waterproofing and warmth. This coat does the job. I like it and would buy it again.

Responded on

if you don't mind me asking...what is your normal clothing size? I am a 14/16 and am worried that this jacket will be too tight- even in an XL- when adding layers, etc.

Well Worth the money.

I had to save for a little while to buy this was so worth it. It's wram and really cute and functional. It fits well with some room to spare. I'd recommwnd this jacket to anyone and everyone.

Rio Pink

I have to say that the coat itself was really nice, it had tons of pockets and wasn't too bulky. I am 5'11, so I was worried about the lenght of the arms but they were perfect. My only complaint about the coat is the Rio Pink color, the picture on the website looks like a darker pink, but the actual color is BRIGHT pink, needless to say I had to return it.

jac3519776: I'm also tall, and wonder how the length of the jacket was on the hips. Could you tell me? Also, did you order an L or XL? Thanks!

Very Pink

It is a nice jacket but the color looks very different live. It is not a redish pink as shown here, it is very pink. Other than the color, it is a very nice and good quality jacket!

Love the Jacket Hate the color

I just received my jacket & I think its really cute...only problem is the color I purchased Rio Pink isn't what I thought it was. I wish someone would have told me how bright the color is! It looks more like a maroonish, dark pink online in the picture...but really its a super bright, neon pink. So if you love pink this coat is for you! But I think I'm going to exchange mine for a different color. Love the coat..hate the color!

Is the hood removable?

nope, its a full time contoured hood. It does have lil' cinches on it, so it won't flap around when you riding and smack you in the face :)

Does this jacket perform well in subzero...

Does this jacket perform well in subzero temperatures? Or will a lot of layering be required? How thick is the insulation?

Best Answer Responded on

There is 100 Grams of insulation so its fairly decent but on the thinner side... Granted you can get jackets that have upwards of 500 Grams. You will need to layer for sure as you should with any piece. How much is depended on how easily your body gets cold and what activity you are doing.

If you purchase some first layer and a bonded fleece you should be golden!

Responded on

I lovethe jacket over all. the insulation is great and over all i give out an 9 out 10. The price is a little pricey, but the detail and the inscription that is enlisted is all true.
