Description

It's the world's best-selling snowboard boot for a reason.

The Burton Moto snowboard boot has been outselling every other boot on the market for a dozen years now, and there's a good reason for that. The soft flex is designed for riders who are still progressing through the ranks, but don't mistake this for some flimsy rental boot. It's plenty supportive to take you through the blues and onto the blacks, and the free-flexing upper makes it a perennial favorite of pro-level jibbers as well. The Speed Zone dual zone lace system independently adjusts the lower and upper sections of the boot, so your feet stay put, and you have an extra degree of customization over your support. As with the rest of Burton's lineup, Shrinkage technology reduces your footprint by a full boot size, and that means less chance of dragging heels and toes. So whether your idea of progression is spinning hard-way onto handrails, or getting comfortable on harder trails, the Moto is exactly what you've been looking for.

  • Dual zone Speed Zone lacing system
  • Soft flex
  • Power Up 3D molded tongue
  • Shrinkage footprint reduction technology
  • Dual-density cushioning

Moto boots

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These boots are super comfy. They have heaps of flex which is good for the park, butters and having fun on the mountain. A little to soft for fast speeds or landing gnarly drops. Overall I love these boots and fit perfect

Burton Moto

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Ordered these in size 11 and they fit great, but rode on them for 3-4 days and: 1) the inner boot kept sliding over which caused considerable shin pain and 2) the boot became too soft once broken in.

I replaced with Driver X in size 11 and all is good now...thanks backcountry.com for the superb customer service!

Love at first boot

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Bought these boots as my first piece of new snowboard equipment, and it was a great choice. Super light, fits perfectly (ordered a 10.5, wear an 11 shoe), and simple in color which was a plus for me. Speed-lace system is great and even on the first wear they were far more comfortable on the toes than I expected. Great buy!

Love these boots!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Purchased snowboard boots before I purchased a board. Really like them. I ordered a 14 and 13 because another review stated they needed a bigger size. I normally wear 13 but in some shoes a 14. The 13 was great.

The bees knees

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Great boot for any all mountain rider. They are a littler on the stiffer side but still very comfortable. The speed lace system pretty much guarantees you will be waiting on your friends. The fit is nice and the liners are warm. I recommend going a half size up though, comfort is key to riding all day. Super light-weight too. Worth every penny.

First Boot!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Burton Moto was my first quality snowboard boot! I loved these, they lasted me forever and were very comfortable. The flex is nice, and the lace system is effective. Pretty much a straight forward basic boot that works great. I still keep mine for a backup-backup pair because you never know!

Really easy

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

So simple and fast, not to mention very comfortable. As with any shoe if it doesn't for perfect your feet will not be happy at the end of the day, and neither will you.
