Does the jacket have a cinch cord on the hood? I've wintered
Does the jacket have a cinch cord on the hood? I've wintered in the Netherlands this year with TNF Greenland jacket and am trying to upgrade to a bit warmer coat. The Greenland has a cinch on the hood which is much needed with all the wind here. Preparing for winter 2008. Thanks!

yes the jacket has a hood and you can cinch it from the top and from the sides.

This jacket is fantastic for walking around town in sub-zero temperatures. I wear it on the coldest winter days in Chicago and I am always toasty warm. I am 5'5" and the Medium goes down just past my knees. The jacket isn't super bulky and is inf act quite flattering due to the slight A-line cut. No Michelin Man appearance! The zipper stops a few inches before the bottom of the coat, but there is strong velcro to hold the jacket shut (its easier to walk with the velcro open). The jacket loses a star for not having any fleece or fabric behind the zipper so when you have the jacket zipped all the way up, you can feel the cold zipper against your chin - avoidable with a scarf, but its so warm you can get away without even wearing one.
