good jacket, wrong color

It's a great jacket and all... but the "True Black" is more like "Faded Black" so I sent it back.

Perfect All-Around Shell

What can I say. I love this jacket. It's the perfect shell for day-to-day wear. Layer up underneath on those extra cold days...nothing more than a base-layer and tee when it's bluebird skies.

I'm 6'2", 210 lbs and rock a Large in the Mascot Big Stripe and it fits perfectly. Not too bulky on its own and just right when I need to layer-up.

Sick jacket and warm :D

Its a great jacket its waterproof, warm and wind proof. but keep in mind its a shell so its thinner than a insulated but still nice and warm and can easily be put with layers and will still fit nicely

this is the temperatures at which i needed to layer with it

30 - 45 degrees - i wore just a tee-shirt under and was fine
20 - 35 degrees - i wore a sweat shirt or thermal & tee shirt and was warm
0 - 20 degrees - wear a thermal and sweat shirt

The jacket still fits very good with the layers as i said so you wont look like a marshmallow or somthing.

I hope this helped and feel free to ask me questions about it

I'm 6ft 3" and 196 lbs. What is the best fit?? Has to be long enough to cover backside but bot too baggy.

Responded on

XL for sure, run the XL. I'm 6' and wear a Large. It won't be too baggy for you. It will fit you nicely.

I just ordered this jacket today and super excited to get it. I'm 5'10 143lbs and my chest size is roughly 36.5in with a shirt on. I'm looking for a relaxed fit, not too baggy. I got a small, is that a good size or was a medium better?

Responded on

The medium might have been a better buy just be cause of the arm length. If may fit though, wait until you try it on the make sure.

Hi I'm 5'8" 140lbs, 37.5" chest and 31.5" waist. I want an athletic fit you think I should go for a small or a medium?

Responded on

Medium for sure, unless you like rocking the tight skinny look...

Responded on

Medium is the correct size.

What is the general fit for the "signature fit" in Burton gear? Is it the usual really baggy boarding jacket? I'm looking for something a bit less baggy.

Responded on

Signature fit is more of a relaxed fit. Not crazy baggy by any means, but relaxed. Burton's Team fit is pretty baggy, this is not. Great jacket for sure.
