The Burton Men's Hybrid Jacket uses heavier three layer fabric in high wear areas and lighter two layer fabric in upper body for increased mobility, so you can tweak and spin without a heavy jacket getting in the way. When you heat up hiking the pipe, the Hybrid jacket's Outlast lining absorbs heat. When you get cold waiting to drop in, the lining magically senses you're getting cold and releases the stored heat. Keep your iPod in the waterproof chest pocket, and slip your goggles into the Hybrid Jacket's integrated goggle pocket when you go in the lodge. *Available for US shipment only. - Fall 2007.

Burton Gortex Denim snowboard pants are guaranteed to ruin your day. Unless you like to be frozen and wet.
any comments on using this jacket in warm powder days and the
any comments on using this jacket in warm powder days and the backcountry? i have a gortex insulated Quiksilver that about 5 years old that i get too warm in when i have zip it up to keep the powder out and the temp is 30 degrees plusi will keep using my gortex on cool days but want another jacket for warmer days that can still keep my dry. so this would be to use:1.) on warms days in the resort when there's powder and may be snowing2.) hiking in the backcountry. this will usually be when its sunny but with powder.. right??any input would be great!thanks

Plastic teeth with metal pull tabs. The main zipper looks pretty burly, and one of the chest pockets and both hand pockets have waterproof zippers.

I actually ordered the True Black Optical Delusion color by accident thinking it was just plain black so I ended up returning it. But I did test it out one day before returning it and it just didn't feel like it was very warm. I ended up buying the Burton AK Stagger jacket because it costs the same but it's Gore-Tex and just as light and I love it. So, I never used the Hybrid on the slopes with my under armour and other snowboarding gear so I can't say definitely it's not a good jacket but I think you should check out the AK Stagger because it costs the same, is Gore-tex, and it worked well for me.

yeah i got the white one and i got to say the design is bad ass, but it seems so thin for what it says it is and got this weird plasticy feeling on the arms so its a tad uncomfortable. but besides that i mean its got 20 k waterproof and looks amazing, just pop a couple long sleeves under it and your good to go.
