Higher than ever before.
One of the most progressive powder killers in women's snowboarding, the Burton Women's High Spirits Snowboard delivers the ideal combination of maximum float and effortless surf through days where the refills just keep coming. The directional tapered shape has a longer and wider nose than the tail, which allows you to smoothly slash stashes, float over the deep stuff, and bomb big lines with stability at high speeds. The directional Flying V profile offers a mix of rocker and camber at the nose for extra control and a floaty feel, while camber under the back foot provides immediate response, power, and stability for when flowing, natural terrain calls for quick, surfy turns.
Using stronger and lighter woods, Super Fly II 700g core targets specific areas of the core to reduce weight while increasing pop and power, and the Dualzone EGD gives you extra edge-hold through perpendicular strips of wood along the edges. Giving you flex where you want it and strength where you need it, Squeezebox core profiling balances thicker, more powerful core sections with thinner, more flexible sections for a snappier, more stable, and easier-to-manipulate ride. Pro-Tip technology employs tapered thickness at the tip and tail for reduced swing weight and overall easier mobility.
60° Carbon Highlights integrate high-energy carbon strands into the board's fiberglass lay-up for improved response and an extra playful feeling without sacrificing stability. Balanced Freeride Geometry answers the age-old question of whether to go with directional or twin with setback camber and sidecut that are centered on your stance to create a twin freestyle feel when riding flat base, giving you the best of both worlds. An ultra-durable sintered WFO base keeps you sending it at high speeds with little need for constant re-waxing, while Infinite Ride technology ensures your board has that same broken-in feeling from day one to season five.

- Q & A
Looks good, rides like a dream
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
My first true powder board and first Burton in almost 20 years of riding. I'm 5'5" and bought the 149. Sizing feels right. I haven't tested stability at speed but on pow and mild chop theres plenty of responsiveness and quick edges. I also love the bright blue and green top sheet. Initial impression is very good!
