Not as advertised

I purchased three pairs of these gloves for my kids and then took them skiing. Within a couple of hours all three were complaining that their hands were wet and cold. "Dry-ride" is a joke. I had expected a superior quality product from Burton but was extremely disappointed. I returned them and bought the Spyder Whistlers with gore-Tex. Will never buy Burton again. Don't waste your money --- product is not as advertised!

Average gloves.

Great fit but not very warm. OK for a snowball fight but not warm enough for a ski day.

good for all

my son loves this gloves, they are warm for school and even good for the mountain.
Drawstrings are a bit larger than usual but I guess that is a good thing for kids.
I liked the water repellent grade on these gloves as I do not like my son to be cold after a couple of snowballs thrown.

Not so good for my 10-year-old

By:

My son had trouble with the liner in the pinky. It came out of place and he could never quite get it back into the shell of the glove.

just fine for us...

By:
January 9, 2009

We only used these over a weekend but them seemed just fine. I bought my 10 year a size large which are a little big but give him some growing room. We didn't have any problems with ripping but maybe it's different since he skis and they were a little big. My son really liked to the look and they seemed to keep his hands warm.

We were happy with the hat and jacket but the gloves were not at all satisfactory. Both thumbs ripped and thus are not to functional anymore. We think they ripped when he carried his board but we are not sure.
