Genesis TT Snowboard Binding - Men's

Designed in collaboration with Japan's Gentemstick crew, the Burton Men's Genesis TT Snowboard Binding specializes in slashing the world's deepest pow, thanks to an upgraded Hi-Back Hammock spring. Using the same award-winning formula as Burton's futuristic Genesis binding, the Genesis TT is stuffed with high-tech features for a "barely there" feel with souped-up response for laying into hard carves and tearing apart steeps.

This medium-stiff binding uses Burton's innovative Kickback Hammock Hi-Back for tons of comfort and plenty of response for charging anything on the mountain. The big story with this Hi-Back is its two-piece design or "Kickback Hammock." This unique design cradles the back of your boot for blissful comfort, allowing you to ride without feeling the hi-back at all, especially when you're cruising mellow pow laps and tweaking grabs off pillows and cliff drops. There's a stiffer hi-back behind the Hammock piece, which comes into play once you've fully engaged into a turn, providing the response of a dedicated hi-back. Note that the Genesis TT is slightly stiffer than the original Genesis binding for powerful heelside response, courtesy of a composite Hi-Back Hammock spring.

The Genesis TT has Burton's award-winning Double Take Buckles and helical teeth ladders, allowing you to strap in quickly with its "Insta-Click" feature. This feature requires much less effort than traditional buckle and ladder designs, making it easier to strap in, but also offering more robust performance without stripping of the ladder.

Sitting upon a Re:Flex baseplate, the Genesis TT removes unnecessary materials, reducing the deadspot inherent to traditional mounting discs. This design has a minimized baseplate and hinged disc that maximizes the flex of your board, also reducing weight for a lighter overall package. The Re:Flex baseplate works with any mounting system available, mounting to 4-hole, 3D, and Channel systems right from the box.
