Description

Your boss will get over your disappearances on powder days.

Big things come in small packages and the Burton Fishcuit Snowboard is proof of this age-old adage. This deceptively compact package features a plethora of tech designed to give avid powder hounds the best value for their day off, including Burton's pow-specific S-Rocker, Nug Raduction shaping, and the carbon-packed pop of the Carbon I-Beam along the center line.

  • Nug Raduction allows you to size down the Fishcuit by 4 to 8cm from your normal board size by increasing the directional taper and widening the surface area in targeted zones
  • S-Rocker initiates at the nose of the board with a float-enhancing rocker that continues under the front inserts before transitioning into standard camber through the tail
  • Elliptical nose kick elongates the nose and works with the directional taper to float on top of powder and save you some serious leg burn
  • Swallow tail design creates a sink-effect that works with the elliptical nose kick
  • Carbon I-Beam augments longitudinal snap with what can only be described as the board's backbone
  • Triax fiberglass laminate provides full-length freeride-specific snap for increased ollie height and snap in and out of turns
  • Pro-Tips thin out the nose and tail towards the edge to shave weight and swing weight so you can hopefully sneak in another 180 to your spin
  • Super Fly II core maps certain areas of the board giving you strength, pop, and reduced-weight just where you need it
  • Dualzone EGD (Engineered Grain Direction) switches up the core construction along likely areas of impact on the edge to run width-wise to increase impact resistance
  • Slimrail sidewalls remove all excess material to reduce weight without compromising durability
  • Sintered WFO base goes beyond the status quo of sintered bases and infuses wax deep into the pores of this high-density compound
  • Infinite Ride technology initially overbuilds the core and breaks it in before it leaves the factory so you get a board that feels broken-in out of the box with improved durability as a bonus
  • The Channel mounting system lets you fine-tune your stance width and angle to the max; when combined with Burton EST bindings, it provides ultimate board feel and control; it is, however, adaptable to most bindings
  • The Fishcuit hails from Burton's Family Tree, a line-up of boards built with the soul-purpose of soul-carving and face-shots

Jump on the Fishcuit ? with additional taper and the equivalent surface area of the Fish 56, the Fishcuit increases tight terrain mobility without sacrificing float or crud-busting stability.
