Description

Any conditions. Any weather.

The Burton Women's Felix Snowboard Boot isn't just a small version of a men's boot. Burton re-designed every element of the Felix to suit a woman's specific riding needs. This medium-flex boot is a true all-mountain ripper, so you can take it from the park straight into the backcountry without a second thought.

Speed Zone lacing helps you spend more time on the mountain and less time in the parking lot, and it allows you to independently adjust the tightness on the upper and lower zones to get the perfect feel. The Imprint 3 liner is heat-moldable for a custom fit, and it features a Tuff Cuff, which increases heel hold and lateral support while still allowing the boot to flex freely from heel to toe. Total Comfort construction eliminates the break-in period to keep your feet feeling good from day one to one hundred. An internal gusset keeps snow out and Sleeping Bag foil under the footbed reflects heat back to your feet so your paws stay warm and dry all day.

Nothin' but Felixes from now on...

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

There's a reason Burton is so popular in the snowboard community, and it's not because of their price point or lower-end gear. It's because of boots like this on their higher end, and because they really, really know what they're doing when it comes to new technology. "Boots? Technology?" Yeah, I know, but it's true. I'm not sure how it's possible, but this boot is simultaneously the most supportive, structured, and comfortable I've ever ridden... and I'm not sure how that's possible. It boggles the mind.
I've had this boot for over 3 years, ride over 60+ days a season, and it's still standing-- and doing awesome. I've never had wet feet, never had cold toes, never had my toes go numb, and have not lost any structure or maneuverability in these boots... several problems I've heard about from people who don't have a higher-end boot.
I've ridden these in powder, park, and all-around cruising, and they continue to perform and do fantastic. So comfortable that I've stuck around in them for hours after I'm done riding.
The one thing I've noticed is that they run a bit big. I'm normally a size 8-8 1/2 in regular shoes, but I fit a size 7 in these boots- so definitely try them on before you buy them.

Good looking , Good quality!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

My wife went with the Black/teal, and she loves the look of them. No we have not yet taken these out on the slops and I will update this when we do. I am just writing this based on Dogfunk Great Customer Services. We had bought the Burton Emeralds also a great boot but I had got a half size to small. After one use and my wife hating life I called Dongfunk and they let me return them for these and got the right Size. I have had her walk around in them and break them in and she said she can tell 100% they feel better and no numbness, (to be seen in action). So I would go with half a size up from your normal shoes. Or try on local if you have the option.

Responded on

Definitely run small. I am returning these, sadly. Usually I wear a 10 or 10.5 and the 10's were really tight, cramping my arch. Otherwise they are super solid, and supportive boot with all the speed lacing customization and firm support you would expect from a $300 Burton boot.

Fun Boot, great for Park

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I wore these around this past summer up at Mt. Hood and have to say Burton makes a pretty solid boot. I actually wore them so much that the pull lace snapped one day towards the end of the summer (was using them daily in very slushy summer snow) and retying a new lace in there was so simple! I loved the ease of use in these boots. They also run very true to size, I am a 71/2 in most every shoe I wear and the 7.5 fit perfectly.
