Strapped into this progression-friendly board, you won't be playing catch-up with your friends when it's time to link first turns on the bunny hill, launch small jumps, or float through fresh powder.

The board's Flat Top profile is predominately flat throughout its running length, with early-rise, rockered tips just after the binding inserts for catch-free carving and extra float in deeper snow. Flat boards are known for being super-stable and the Feather is no different, delivering a solid edge for carving and cruising. And to clarify, the board's directional shape means it's set-back, with a one-inch longer nose, which aids in straight-line stability and tracking in deeper snow. Add in a nose that's 3-to-6-millimeters wider than the tail (i.e., taper), for a smooth ride with ample float on the best days of the year—powder days.

Inside this progression-pushing ride, you'll find a smooth-flexing Super Fly 800g core that's made of hard and soft woods for serious weight savings and improved response. Another cool feature found on the Feather is Squeezebox Low core profiling with In-Mold Filet-O-Flex pads. Squeezebox Low makes the tip and tail slightly stiffer, with a more flexible, thinner mid-section for easy turn initiation. In-Mold Filet-O-Flex pads allow you to ride a more flexible board without sacrificing shock absorption through rough, tracked-up conditions.
