Friggin' Handy!

  • Gender:Male
  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Got this during one of the 848,342 sales Backcountry had during this last holiday season. Used it once to do a final lockdown on my bindings - and then threw it in my coat pocket and completely forgot about it - which means that its handy, unobtrusive design is a WIN!

Size doesn't matter

Perfect for that tool that you leave in your pants... because its small... get it? works great and is super small so if and when you fall on it, you wont feel it. Thats what she said... boom!

    Perfect for on-the-go adjustments

This tool is a great little gadget to make quick adjustments up on the mountain. With 3 screwdrivers, a hex tool, and two socket wrenches, you can adjust virtually anything. Most of the tools are built on as well and makes loosing one impossible. Also ridiculously light weight and compact. Great buy for only $20.

      It works

The plastic that the tools attach to isnt very strong, so it makes a good tight torque kind of difficult. Also the tool is kind of big to fit in if your bindings are on your board and the lack of a ratcheting head make it kind of annoying. But it gets the job done. My next tool will definitely be a ratcheting one.

how does this compare in function and durability to the Burton Bullet Tool ? Also size wise, it is really much easier to carry than the Bullet ?

It is a bit smaller than the bullet tool. It has almost the exact same tools. The main different is, there is no handle, but the pieces bend to 90 degrees and you can use it with your gloves on. Great tool.
