It's good enough for Terje, so what's your excuse?

The Burton Family Tree Landlord Snowboard is Terje's new pow-seeking missile, which should tell you everything you need to know. It has an all-new shape that blends the stability and float of traditional setback with the balance of a twin, for a directional ride with a freestyle feel. Factor in The Channel mounting system for unrestricted board feel and a bunch of tech, and this thing will rip from Mount Baker Banked Slalom to the gnarliest lines in your home range, and everything between.

The Landlord employs a refined version of Burton's S-Rocker profile, which blends a rockered nose with powerful camber from the front binding to the tail. The 17mm taper works in conjunction with this shape to yield tons of float on deep days, without sacrificing powerful turns. Better yet, your stance is set back, but the camber and sidecut are centered to the stance, for a feel that's close to a true twin when you're flat basing. The result is a more balanced ride than you'd expect out of a dedicated powder slasher.

The Landlord is built to haul ass, so it's no surprise that it uses a Sintered WFO base. Not only is it durable, but it holds a ton of wax to keep you speeding around the hill. The Pro Tip tip and tail reduce weight for faster spins and a more responsive setup. The Superfuly II core provides a controlled flex and keeps weight to a minimum. Infinite ride ensures that your board feels broken-in right out of the box, and stays that way for the life of the board.
