Burton loaded the Women's Emerald Snowboard Boots with features to keep your feet comfortable and give you the performance you need for steep lines and big hits. EVA-cushioned midsoles ease the impact of hard landings, and a medium flex gives you enough forgiveness to ride away clean if you come up a touch short on your frontside seven. Speed Zone lacing gets your ready to rock in seconds, and it provides a tailored fit on the bottom and top of your foot. Burton even added Hot Pockets, where you can slip in chemical heat packs for extra warmth on the coldest days. - Fall 2009.

I have the tiger print ones. Let's just say the way the feel on the outside is the same as the inside. I just learned how to board this season and could not have picked a better boot! I love the speed zone lacing system and there is an option of putting the heaters in the toes of the liners if you wish. You don't really need them, I used these boots to work in (I worked at a mtn in WY this winter) and on the negative degree days they kept me nice warm and dry. These are some very comfortable boots!

I got these for my wifes birthday and she absolutly loves them the look is cool and there a soild boot. they run a little small on the sides but after a couple days of riding they start to fit just right. overall awsome!!

I have skinny feet and have been struggling with heal lift. These boots fit great. My only complaint is they do tend to loosen after a couple runs, but they are easy to tighten up quickly.

The lacing system takes a few tries to get the hang of, but once you get it, it's super fast and easy.
These boots are comfortable-- my toes have never gone numb, and even on slushy days my feet stay dry. After a season with about 25 days of riding, the boots still look new. I would definitely recommend them.

Great boots. I just love them. The leather parts are actually a little more brown than black. But they are still sick :)
