Some of the best bindings yet
These bindings have far exceeded my expectation from any pair of bindings. I've been using Cartels for the past 5 years and have yet to be disappointed. I'm on the hill around 60-80 days a season and I've never had one strap or ratchet break.
The response you get from the Cartels is great. Control your shred stick with ease in the trees but still have enough flex for getting on some rails during the spring.
Truly a do-it-all binding.
would these bindings work on a burton clash...
would these bindings work on a burton clash board that doesnt have the channel and is just screws
They can work, but you will need an adapter kit.
and it doesn't get any better. (of course Burton will probably upgrade and update in the years to come)
Responsive binding that will give you many great seasons on the snow.
There's not much to say about these that have not yet been said. Strong, responsive, super-smooth ratchets, comfortable and the EST adds extra points in the function department.
Awsome bindings i think there probably the best bindings i have ever used. The EST feature is sweet. Strong dependible fast in and out great bindings
Best all around binding I've ever ridden. Love them setup on my Joystick. The adjustments you can make to the bindings like strap length and where they hit, hiback cant and forward lean, they all rock and are pretty much all tool-less. Yes, EST means it will only work with ICS Burton boards. I highly recommend the combination of ICS board and EST bindings. The feel of the board is ten times better.
are these bindings for men or women?
are these bindings for men or women?
Cartel est 2012 + Hero
really awesome binding, responsive, slightly stiff but sick for parks and runs.playful combo
Like it says, lots of angles possible. Comfortable on landings.
Straps are durable and easy to do and undo.
Be sure which binding you are buying.
Ordered these Cartel EST bindings for a Never Summer board, and was a bit stumped when they came with very little mounting materials. Turns out I made a big mistake by ordering EST bindings for a non-Burton board. A Rookie mistake, but an easy one to make. If you have something other than a Burton board, be sure to order the Flex, not Est, bindings. Ended up getting Burton Diode Flex bindings ............
These bindings are great. The straps are comfortable, the bed is soft and the flex is just right. These bindings are used by pros from just about every other company and there is a good reason for that. If you have never ridden a board/binding with the EST channel, do yourself a favor and locate your closest demo day. You will never look back. Select your size, click add to cart and buy this binding.
they are comfortable but i bought them in november and already broke the underside of the footbed. but a good binding other than that.
Sweet Bindings for my board
Pictures online do not do justice in showing how awesome these bindings look. The EST system really allows a lot of options
Best Binding for the Money!
I had a previous model of the Burton P1s(still going strong) but when I bought my Jeremy Jones with the est system I decided to give these a try. Absolutely great bindings. The feel that you get is unbelievable. They still soak up vibrations and help out on a hard landing while still giving you the ultimate feel and control. Even Travis Rice uses the Cartel on his board. Awesome binding.
I highly recommend this.
does this binding work with 4 hole...
does this binding work with 4 hole boards
No, EST does not work with 4 hole. Look into the Cartel Re:Flex.
but the next board you get make sure you get the chanel because the EST is sweet
does this binding work with 4 hole...
does this binding work with 4 hole boards
I think you can as long as you get and adapter for it.
