Burton designed the Men's Buffer Sock to provide excellent warmth without forcing you to switch to a thicker material. The MicroSupreme synthetic blend stays warm, dry, and provides just enough stretch for a bunch-free fit. Burton added padded channels to alleviate pressure on your instep caused by your binding straps. **DISCONTINUED**
Bottom Line: You don't need heavyweight socks to stay warm.

I've been riding in these guys for over 2 seasons now, and there are still minimal signs of wear. They're durable, comfortable, and they'll keep your feet warm and dry in thick of it. I've never had any complaints. Plus they come in some sweet styles you don't see every day. I gotta say though, is a shame they discontinued the green argyle, it was pretty fresh.

Got theses in late November and have put about 30 days on them so far. They have made riding that much more comfortable. The sock is pretty thin but the channels along the top are where the action is at, for me they keep the blood moving and make it so my feet never fall asleep. A basic, warm, comfortable and functional sock that will make your feet a little happier come the end of the day.
