The Fave of the Flannels

  • Familiarity:I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit:True to size

Love the Burton flannel line- they make great tech and casual flannels. My boyfriend had a Brighton from last year, and would wear it all the time. I also stole it... all the time.
By far one of the best casual flannels, so I got him another one for good measure. The fit is on point- he's 5'10, 165 and the Large is a good fit over a short-sleeve shirt. Roomy enough for movement, but not oversized. The weight on this model is killer too, I hate flannels that are too thick and wear you down or too thin and don't have a purpose. And, as a female, I feel obligated to comment and say that the colors are bomb too- and keep their vibrance after multiple washings.

Great Fit

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size
  • Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 150 lbs
    Size Purchased: Medium

I've gotten quite a few compliments on this shirt, and I'm loving it so far. It's super comfortable, and the fit is right on for me. I have the Vanilla Bell Plaid color, and the picture is accurate on the coloring.

I'm enjoying it

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit:Runs large

I really like this flannel. It is really comfortable. I got it in Night Rider, and the picture makes it seem a little brighter than it actually is. That's not a problem if you're not too picky about colors. I sure am not. I think it runs a little big... I normally wear a medium shirt, but this medium seems a little too big. Maybe it will shrink when I wash it. I'm 5'8 and 155 lbs for a reference. If it shrinks, I'll edit the review.

Love it.

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

This is a really good looking, comfortable flannel.

Contrary to the previous review, I actually think it runs true to size. I'm a XXL and half the flannels we carry are too tight. But, this one in the Ash color is a perfect fit on me at 6'0 230lbs.

To avoid shrinkage, as with all cotton flannels, hang it to dry.

Burton Flannel is the way to go!

  • Familiarity:I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit:Runs small

I purchased this for my boyfriend at the beginning of the fall. He pretty much has lived in it since. This is a great thick, soft flannel. I purchased the Loam color and I think its a little darker than pictured here. Also, this shirt runs small. He is usually a large we ended up getting an XL in this shirt. Overall this is a great shirt! Love it!
