yea they're bulky, but they hold up well

and get the job done--we use these to hold/display almost every board we own, which after 20yrs is more than a few each. Holds up well and doesn't give out. Couldn't ask for anything more. Quality has held up through several moves, re-installs...can't knock 'em. can even mount on the ceiling.

Easy to install. Good Price. Too bulky but it does the job. Lame that you can't install the snowboard vertically.

Bulky but it does the job

Its size is a quarter of avg. mens palm. But it hangs my riding board fine on the ceiling. Yeah! Thats right. I go extreme and it does too. (Still hanging). Recommend to others.

easily the best and coolest way to "store" your board, they only come with screws that are meant for drywall and easily support your board. If you're drilling into beams there is definitely some leeway on screw sizes that you could use since you would need your own.

Did you drill into a stud or just drywall and use the drywall screws/anchors?

just great!
in reality they are slightly bigger then I expected, but work just fine!
Actually you need just two of them to mount a board. And you need several boards to make the whole wall =)

great stuff

finally got some!

I've been trying to snag a few of these for the last few months and finally got my hands on some. They're great, I've used them for storage purposes and art-like purposes, I love the board wall mounts, they get the job done while keepin' it snazzy :)

Great Looking / Holding Mounts

I've had these for the last few years for two of my boards. They make your boards look like pieces of art on your walls!

Recommendation: Clean your boards before you mount them on the wall. Otherwise you'll need to re-paint if you ever take them down or move them

Solid Mount

This mount is great, unfortunately I couldnt upload a pic of it up on Dogfunk because the upload function is a bit buggy. I uploaded a pic of my mount at the following link:

It holds my board up great. One thing to note is the things that are covering the board are moveable in both directions which makes getting your board off the wall very easy, all you do is (If the board is mounted horizontally) put the board resting on two of the mounts, and one on top somewhere, preferably the side like my picture shows so it is easier to take off, all you have to do is turn the top knob all the way up and then you can easily take your board down.

Pretty sweet mount if you ask me, worked perfectly and holds it up very firmly without any doubt in my mind.

Could this hold skis? twins?

Could this hold skis? twins?

Responded on

Yes. But you would need to buy one set of these for each ski. It has 3 points where it holds up the board. I'll upload an image of mine right now so you can see it.

Can you use them with the board in a vertical position?

Responded on

What the hell? That's not even the Burton wall mount... No you can't put it in a vertical position with this Burton wall mount. I'll upload a pic so you can see it, its just made for resting you'r board on horizontally or even crooked if you want but not vertical.

kinda. you have to remove the trucks to mount it. or have it far enough away so that does not hit the wall

They mount using screws? If yes, would it be possible to use double sided 3M adhesives or something? I wanna set this up in my dorm room, so I can't put holes in the wall

Responded on

if you are not going to use screws make sure you get an adhesive with an appropriate load rating. you don't want to have your board fall off the wall.

They were just what I was looking for, something to keep my board off the floor, safe from any possible damage, and just to put it on display.

Saw these and was interested, I usually just put some unsightly hooks in the wall to hold my board, but I figured for the 12 bucks I'd give it a try. They work just as advertised, and look great- I'd definitely recommend to anyone who would like to save some space and put their board on display

Do you have to take the bindings off or are the mounts sturdy enough to handle the board with them on?
