I'm 5'10 240lbs and I usually wear XL. I ordered it in XL but felt like XXL or even XXXL. The material wicks sweat and moisture away from your body. Very well made and solid. Recommend ordering a size or two smaller

Bought a Large when first receiving it and putting it on it fits like an XXL and came down to just above my knees. I would order a size or two smaller than what you originally wear. But its made with 88% poly and 12% spandex very stretchy
