Low-bulk Thermacore insulation provides excellent warmth on the coldest days of the season, and you can remove the 220g fleece liner on warm spring days. The Approach Under Mitt's Toughgrip palm helps keep your board in-hand during your Indy Grabs, and the water-resistant Storm-lite shell blocks moisture when you don't quite stomp your landings. With a no-gauntlet design, these Burton gloves slip under your jacket cuffs, so your jacket sleeves aren't all bunched up and uncomfortable. *Available for US Shipment Only.
Bottom Line: Freezing fingers can easily distract you on a high-speed approach. Warm, happy fingers won't.

big dissapointment from burton

so, i bought these mittens for my girlfriend for christmas. she used them 2 times and they started falling apart. the "toughgrip" palm isn't 'tough' at all. it tore in two places on the second day riding.
second, the 2 days she did wear them were short lived because her hands were so cold and wet she couldn't stand to keep riding.
i ended up replacing these mittens with a pair of DaKine Sequoia mittens.... much much much more satisfied. a bit more, but way better.
end thought: this is the second pair of burton gloves that i have bought that have fallen apart in less than a season. my suggestion, do not buy burton gloves... i am very satisfied with the 2 pairs of dakine gloves i have bought.
