The AK Clutch is clutch this snowboard season.

Gore-Tex and Burton worked together to make the Men's AK Clutch Glove the perfect choice whether you're snowboarding pre-pow, fresh powder, or post-pow. Gore-Tex gives this glove waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection, while DryRide Ultrashell stretch fabric ensures abrasion-resistance as well as dexterity. Thermacore insulation cranks the heat in winter's chill, and the microfiber lining wicks moisture in case your hand gets too warm. Screen Grab touchscreen control lets you call your buds on the chairlift without taking a glove off. Burton extended the cuff to better protect your wrist from biting winds and frosted numbness.

    Great Gloves

I think these are the perfect weight of glove for me. They are thin enough to have great dexterity, but thick enough to keep my hands warm. I always have to go Gore-Tex or else my hands get soaked. These keep them dry. Most of my riding is with my splitboard, so having less-bulky gloves that I can stash in the pack on the way up is definitely a plus too. The screen control finger is nice too for phone usage while gloved.

      Very warm and comfortable glove!

      • Familiarity:I've used it several times

Just got a new pair of these and I absolutely love them. They aren't very bulky, but the insulation is there for even the coldest days. They are dexterous and articulated, the fit is very comfortable. Plus these are lined with Gore-Tex, so you know you'll stay dry. I had a pair of these years ago that lasted 2-3 seasons, which is another reason I went for the same model.

I'd highly recommend these if you're looking for a non-bulky glove that keeps you warm and dry.

If a medium POW glove fits would a medium in this fit? Normally I have trouble getting my hand in Burton gloves and have to size up to a large and I haven't found these in stores to try on.

Measure you hand from the out side of the knuckle to the other side. A medium in Burton will be 3.75 inches across. A large will be 4.25 inches across. Please feel free to call or email with any other questions.
