When will the burley bee stock get in? ...
When will the burley bee stock get in? Hopefully before the end of Aug.
We do currently have an order placed which might get in sometime in September. Start checking back in a few weeks and hopefully the delivery truck will have arrived.

Can you confirm if the Burley Bee Trailer comes with the flag for visibility?
Also, are there places on the frame where lights can be attached if necessary? Thank you.
This does come with a safety flag and you might need to get a little creative to attach some light on the back but it can be done. Also, this thing is decked out with reflectors on the back and the sides.
My wife and I purchased The Bee (our first bike trailer) about a month ago and have used it nearly every day since. We recently moved to a small town in the Heartland and wanted a way to get around town with our two girls (4 1/2 and 2). With both girls riding, the Bee is a bit cramped in the shoulder area and our oldest is reaching the height limit. Nonetheless, they both enjoy the ride around town when not poking each other. We elected to buy another hitch so that we don't have to swap between two bikes--a bit of price shock ($25 from a local bike shop) but definitely worth it.
The trailer corners and rolls very smoothly and attaches/detaches very easily from any bike. A simple pull of the linchpin and unfastening of the strap and you're done. We split use between a hybrid and a front suspension mtn. bike and the trailer works equally well behind both. We especially like the trailer for the space it provides behind the passenger area as it accommodates a few small bags or things like jackets and helmets. Thus, trips to the grocery store for a few items or to the park are a breeze.
All in all, we're very pleased with The Bee. While there are none of the bells and whistles that other Burley models include, it is a solid trailer for basic getting-around-town needs and enjoying a ride with the kids.

Does this particular Burley Bee come with the black composite wheels or alloy spoked wheels?
Ours came with the spoked wheels (purchased 8/12).
3 generations of the Burley Bugger
I have had a Burley Bugger since 1987. My kids are grown now and that trailor is still hanging in my garage> It has gone through 4 kids and 3 dogs! Finally I decided to buy a new one for my grandkids. This new one costs $100 less than what I paid for it in 1987 and it has a mesh and plastic close on the front! THANKYOU for a lifetime of enjoyment!
Great bike trailer.
Love this bike trailer! We fit both our kids in it (2 yr old and 6 month old) comfortably and have space in the back to throw in toys, blankets, picnic. Plan on buying the conversion kit for stroller. Not sure how the expensive bike trailers compare, but I don't see a reason to pay more when this one works great.
The Burley Bee
Great trailer for everything.
Should call it "Super Bee"
This trailer is great!! The design is awesome and it sets up super easy. It comes ready to go right of the box, there is no need to buy any additional parts. The ride is pretty great too. You can feel there is something behind you but it rides so smooth you end up forgetting about for a few seconds. Then you realize you still have a baby behind you. Overall a great purchase. I plan on using even when the kid grows out of it.
Does the seat recline at all? How comfortable...
Does the seat recline at all? How comfortable are the seats? I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and I know the little one will fall asleep every time and don't want her head bobbing all over in her sleep, so would like some recline.
does not recline much, a tiny bit but not really. That is my only negative. My 6 month old just rests his head on the side and his head does not bob forward.
Love my Burely Bee
Love, love, love my Burley Bee, and my girls love it too. It is very light, and easy to tote my two little girls around town, and there is plenty of room in the back for their book bags and school things.
Taking girls to school
My girls love our new Bee. They are good cheerleaders too. Whenever we are on a hill, they really cheer for their Mama, and they love the down hill ride.
