Great for MTB

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I wear these under my helmet while mountain biking. Tip, by one and cut it in half and you have two. You really only need half of it over your head to do its job.

More effective than it seems

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

This buff uses a super light, dri-fit material that feels thin as anything in your fingers... but once you put it on, it traps in heat and keeps you super warm, even in rugged winter conditions. I used it as a sort of balacalva and wore it around my neck, mouth, nose, and over my ears and head - and it worked like a dream. I'll definitely be taking this on my next mountain climb, it's the easiest and best solution to staying warm in freezing temps.

simple, but money

    Weight: 185 lbs

Not all buffs are the same...but then again they're not terribly different either. I classify buffs in two categories, good and bad. I don't like thick buffs, tight buffs, or buffs with air holes in them. This buff fits all my criteria for being the perfect one. Super comfortable, very thin, and breathes well.. I love it. I fish and ski in this buff on a regular basis and have nothing bad to say about it.

Never Leave Without One

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

Skiing, hiking, biking, doesn't matter what it is. If I'm doing something active, I won't leave the house without my Buff. It works great in the winter to protect your face and keep your ears warm without adding bulk under your helmet. For the summer, it keeps the sun off my neck and the sweat out of my eyes. If I don't feel like having something on my face, I just wrap it around my wrist and use it to wipe the sweat away.

The perfect accessory for any activity.

I wear it whenever i run or go on a hike for the sun protection. Haven't gotten a sunburn while wearing it yet. And its comfortable enough that I could stand wearing it the entire time on a 6 day hike.

Great alternative to a T-shirt sleeve

This is a great little ninja mask, do rag, bandana, whatever you need it to be. Protects your face from the sun as well with that UV block. I use this on the warmer days skiing, and as cover for dusty bike rides, and for covering my neck while hiking or working in the sun.
