The Best Sock For Sweaty Feet

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

This Bridgedale Bamboo Sock makes me forget that my feet sweat. The moisture is pulled off my feet even in the heat of the summer.

In my experience they hold up better than Smartwool.

Please give us more Bridgedale Bamboos!!

    Super soft.

These are super soft, super comfy. But after a day of walking around in hiking boots, well, not-so-fresh. I'm sticking with wool, but overall not a bad sock.

I agree with the first half of your viewpoint -- these are really comfortable socks! As to the second part, my experience has been different -- my feet always stay cool and fresh in Bridgedale socks. And if there ever was a testament to this fact, here's some pseudo-proof: last year my wife and I hiked up Mount Whitney as a day hike, ascending via the Mountaineer's Route and descending via the traditional Whitney Trail route. It took us something like 16 hours. This spring I pulled my hiking boots out of the closet and said to my wife Aw, look, my hiking boots! I don't think I've had them on since we climbed Whitney -- they still have trail dust on them!" -- to which my wife replied that I must surely have worn them since then. And then I pulled the exact pair of Bridgedale socks out of the boots that I had worn on Whitney. I really hadn't worn them since Whitney and miraculously -- no odor! Your milage may vary...
