I was looking for a pair of "slip on" or "step in" boots, so I chose these. I was worried about the overall support, because there is nothing to tighten the boot, but I was really surprised. You don't even need the handles, because after a few times of using them they stay very wide and open, and you can easily step in with a quick motion...and the same goes for taking them off. They almost suction to your foot when stepping in, and they are really soft and cozy with a great arch support. I was using these in 10? temps in mud and snow and my feet never got cold or anywhere near wet. I'd definitely recommend these boots if you're looking for a non-lace up style. *Note: They run about 1/2 size larger than your normal shoe, so I'd think about sizing down.

I am a 9.5, do I need a 10 or a 9 in these?

I wear a 9.5 and got the 9...and I have wide feet. They fit great with med/thick socks, but with very thin socks feel slightly loose. The 10 size would have been huge.
