Is this boot warm in actual winter conditions? It has a -20 rating. Not sure what that means though. I'm skeptical of a rubber boot being warm in winter.

They are actually quite warm. In the cold areas you tend to lose most of your heat in your feet through the ground and these do a very good job at insulating you from the cold ground.
