Yes, they are cut big, the stretch in them makes them comfy but definitely order a size down. These pants are great fit wise and very warm during these cold winter months. The dark gray color is very nice as well... dress up or down.

The fit was crazy weird and believe me when I saw HUGE. I ordered 2 sizes smaller based on previous posts....they were still amazingly huge...i sent them back!

My fiance seems to like them and they're ok, they just fit weird (loose).

The description for these should warn that they run big. VERY BIG. I had the same problem as the girl above. I usually wear a 5,6 or 7, so I got the 6, and I'm swimming in them. It's a shame, because they'd be really cute if they fit!!

So the only reason that I didn't give them the full 5 stars was the sizing. This is one of my pet peeves with womens clothing. But the great perk of this site is the fact that you can get this kind of info beforehand. Please do pay attention to the "they run large" comments posted already. Order a size down and you will be happy. I'm an 8/10 & 5'7" and went with the 8, which worked out nicely. If you like your pants more fitted, perhaps order two sizes down.
As for the color, length and material, 5 stars out of 5!

If you pay attention to the previous reviews and order a size down or two, you won't be disappointed. The fabric and color are great. I usually wear an 8 or 10 depending on the brand and ordered an 8. I like the fit a lot, but if you like your pants more fitted, maybe order 2 sizes down. I'm 5'7" and the length is really great as well.
