    Capable and capacious.

Made of tough, water-resistant 210D polyester, the Blackburn Local Seat Bag is one of our favorite go-to cargo accessories. To help you stay visible at night, there's a loop on the back to mount a light. It'll attach easily to virtually any bike, and at a full liter of capacity (size Medium) it means carrying a bunch of tools, food, or whatever else won't be too difficult.

    Nice Size, Durable

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The bag is a great size. I can fit a tube, tools, inflator, inhaler, and keys all in it. It has a semi-rigid plastic in the top of the back which stops the seat post wearing through the bag. My only complaint is that the Velcro strap seems to long for the bag, so I have a lot of excess strap and only half of the Velcro is engaged. This has not been a problem yet; it just looks a bit goofy.

    Just What I Needed

This bag fits securely and is nicely sized and doesn't protrude out. It also fits all the necessities for a quick repair(multitool, pump, tube, levers and patches) and even my wallet. Just what I needed, I would highly recommend this product.

      2 Tubes! Score

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Had trouble locating a bag that would hold 2 tubes but not be enormous. I bought the medium size of this bag.
This looks good, fits well, holds what I want it to, and seems like it will last.
Could be a bit more secure as the Velcro isn't lined up well enough to really crank down on it but it wont fall off.
Fit 2 road tubes, 2 tire levers, multi-tool, pressure gauge, backup battery for headlight, and some meds.

      2 Tubes! Score

      Update almost a year later:
Still like the size and ease of use. Blackburn products have a lifetime warranty - I had the bag replaced because the zipper failed. You could say I overstuffed it that day, or you could say overstuffing is part of the life of a seat bag.
*Not* sturdy enough for off-road! I recently started doing gravel rides and the velcro strap for the seat post tore off the body of the bag. Had the bag warrantied again; the velcro tore off from the new bag on the first gravel ride! Will keep my next replacement as road only :)
Blackburn customer service is fantastic. Although you may need to ship them the failed part or email them pictures, the shipment on the replacement is super fast - and you actually get to talk to a person on the phone!

      Good but not great

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

A nice-sized MTB bag for today's larger tubes; however, I have two quibbles. First, the inside of the flap does not have a little pocket, which is always nice for CO2 inflator heads and power links. Secondly, the straps are much longer than they need to be, preventing me from cinching it up as tightly as it should be. When I pull it very tight, I run out of Velcro. Thus, mine hangs a little loose and sways around a bit even when it is stuffed to the max.
