The Blackburn Copilot Limo Child Seat gives your favorite little person a safe and secure ride on your bike. The strong and lightweight tubular aluminum Blackburn EX-1 Expedition Rack won’t weight down your bike, and the secure, quick release mounting system makes swapping between bikes a breeze. With a reclining back, plush gel padding, and adjustable foot wells, the Limo keeps your wee one comfortable for the long haul, and it adjusts to his or her constant growth spurts. The three-point harness holds your safely, and the fold-down grab bar gives him or something to hold on to when you pick up speed.

Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.
That would depend largely upon the setup of the cruiser. Although your particular frame may differ, most cruisers that I have ridden have either had rear racks or the frames have had the capability of attaching such a rack.
As long as you can put a rack on the back of your cruiser, it should work just fine. If you aren't sure whether you can or not, take it to your local bike shop and have them check it out. What they'll be looking for are essentially attachment points right by the rear axle, and below the seat.

No. Other racks have cross bars that prevent sliding the seat on.

Make sure your mountain bike has mounting holes for this type of rack/seat. Many mountain bikes only have mounting holes for tow-behind or trailer style child seats
