Wife loves em
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share
- Fit: True to size
got these for my wife off steepandcheap and she loves em. They're thicker than the liner gloves she usually wears, but the windproof fleece will add an entirely new element of warmth. We get a bit of wind out here, so windproof is nothing short of a useful feature. They'd make a good liner glove for real cold weather, but they are just fine on their own in our maritime climate. She's had them less than a week and loves them.
These gloves lasted me four years of hard abuse! I use them for everything and have even climbed ice with them (not recommended!). They don't quite cut it for our -40 days in Alaska, but they worked down to around -10F while moving (cross-country skiing, running, etc.). I have small hands and the xs has a little room left; this might be why the fingertips finally blew out.
Great gloves, got some grip and are suprisingly warm for being considered a liner...
So soft and warm
These little units rock. I wear them shoveling the driveway and then pack 'em for ski tours. Also great for hut trips and such. all in all a super positive item to have along.
