Conventional wisdom says that you can't have a boot that's both comfortable and performance oriented. “The heck with that,” said Scarpa, rolling out their Dual-Density Thermo Liner. Clever in the extreme, the Dual-Density liner uses stiff foam on the outside and soft, bulky foam on the inside. The Liners are comfy out of the box, but cook them in a shop's liner heater and the soft foam will mold perfectly to your feet while the stiff foam retains the shape and boot to liner contact. The custom fit is something you have to feel to believe, and the maximized foot to liner to boot contact means the whole boot moves like part of your body. Take that toe crusher boots! If you've got old but beloved Scarpa boots, breathe new life into them with a set of Thermo Liners.
Bottom Line: Believe the hype, these liners will make your feet jump for joy.

these are great. I even use them in my Koflachs. they are very warm. and fit snugly.

These things are light, increase the stiffness of old Denalis greatly and they are warm. Would be five stars, but the toe room is hard to dial in. They are snug, but not uncomfortably so.

These liners allow you to greatly extend the life of your boots. I never baked mine, just skied a bunch and they fit perfectly. After 150 days they pack out minimally. Don’t let another punk ski shop employee talk you into a new pair of boots, when these liners will easily do the trick.
