Description

Compact, strong, and lightweight. Perfect for the low-cal BC skier.

The Black Diamond Tele Lynx packs down smaller than any other BD shovel in their line, and is equipped with a 16-cm (6.3-inch) telescoping handle and work-hardened aluminum blade. This compact shovel can handle any condition. Be it wind crust or Sierra cement, the Tele Lynx is up for the job. Great for those who know they should carry a shovel, but want to keep bulk to a minimum. Equipped with a streamlined T-grip that refuses to catch on branches.

Solid sturdy shovel and great size. I would not want to carry anything else and have ease of mind when my partner is carrying this piece of equipment. It can rip through anything.

While plastic is a great invention, you wont see me carrying a shovel made out of the stuff. I like my friends. This shovel is durable enough to be able to plow through avy debris, and the telescoping feature is a real backsaver.

This an amazing shovel. I built two kickers with ease in my backyard in Lake Tahoe. It is sweet and pretty durable. Good for knocking ice off the roof and avalanche safety. Also, Sierra Cement? Common now the Sierra Nevada’s have the best snow, because it isn’t too wet like Hood and it isn’t too dry, so it sticks to extremely steep slopes. Overall amazing shovel.
