Black Diamond adventurers made the Talus Gaiter out of hardshell and softshell material to maximize breathability and durability while you run, hike, or trek through the snow. A hook and loop closure with a button secures these lightweight, top-of-boot gaiters comfortably on your calf for long journeys through the snow.

What's the inside diameter of the lower (boot) opening? I need to know if they will fit over buckled tele boots.

That will fit boots measuring 14-19 inches in circumference.
In addition, these are 7 inches tall.

These do have eyelets and removable nylon cord heel straps.

I've had these for a year and have worn them extensively in the Wasatch and on Mt.Rainier. In slushy wet snow or in deep pow I prefer a taller gaitor but these are perfect and light weight for most conditions. I dig em!
