You can't hug the trees if you can't see them, so use the flower-powered Black Diamond Moxie Headlamp to light your way. Okay, so it's not really powered by flowers. The Moxie Headlamp actually uses 3 AAA batteries (included) to shine its four SuperBright LEDs up to 18m (59ft). This flower-printed version of the Cosmo Headlamp includes a dimming switch, and it's great for hiking, backpacking, climbing, and late-night tree-hugging.
Bottom Line: If a tree stands in the woods, but it's too dark to see, is it really there?

I wish this had two settings like high beam and low beam. It lights my way pretty well though.

I was very impressed with this headlamp. It doesn't have some of the bells that other headlamps have but it served me well. The beam is bright and covers some distance. I have used a Polar Star and this exceeds that headlamp by a long way. Batteries are easy to load and after using them 8 hrs hiking in the Grand Canyon, I never noticed any reduction in the brightness of the lamp and didn't have to install the extra batteries that I had.

Great headlamp. Packs alot of power into a small headlamp. With it's four lighting options with a simple click goes from dim to yards and yards way and even a strobe light for a little evening fun. Does not make you top heavy like some headlamps do, very lightwieght for so much power.
