Thanks to pre-threaded speed buckles, the Black Diamond Men's Momentum Speed Harness goes on quickly, adjusts easily, and never needs to be doubled back. Black Diamond used a buckle on each side of the waist, so the gear loops stay centered when you make the Momentum Speed Harness bigger or smaller to match your layers. Four molded gear loops and a haul loop hold enough gear for long trad climbs and rope-stretching sport pitches. The Momentum Speed Harness also has adjustable leg loops to accommodate extra layers on ice climbs and mountaineering trips.

Great harness! Really like the dual speed buckles. The system makes sizing more flexible I think and makes it easier when you start layering gear. Not really a lot to improve upon I think.
