Black Diamond equipped the top Dynotron carabiner with the largest basket of any of its carabiners along with a clever bend at the spine in order to help you clip bolts quickly and efficiently, and the combination of the keylock nose and a straight gate helps you clean your route regardless of how steep it is. The lower LiveWire carabiner features a wire gate with HoodWire technology that prevents the carabiner from snagging, which is something that other wire gates fail to do. This carabiner connects through the Straitjacket in order to stop the draw from swinging around while you clip so you can make your send instead of fumble around and eventually fall.
