The Black Diamond Women's Induction Shell Jacket is a versatile, flexible shell built for high aerobic climbs in severe weather. The WindStopper Soft Shell and fully taped seams offer optimum protection from wind and snow, while maintaining a high level of breathability that makes it perfect for alpine touring, mixed climbs, and any alpine winter pursuit.

The Induction is outfitted with both 4-way stretch and a low-bulk, trim fit for ease of movement during climbs, and you can easily slip a down jacket or vest over this shell when you pause at the top for photos or snacks. The adjustable, helmet-compatible hood accommodates both climbing and skiing helmets, and the low-profile stretch panel cuffs provide seamless integration with your gloves while keeping cold weather from creeping up your sleeves.
