The Pertex Quantum fabric keeps the weight down, and is treated with DWR on the inside and out to prevent moisture from working its way into the fill of the jacket. The slim, articulated fit makes for easy layering under a shell, and gives the jacket a close-to-body fit that keeps in the heat. The high collar is designed to trap heat and protect your face from winds. Stretch gusseted cuffs keep the cold from working up the sleeves, and the drawcord hem lets you cinch it down so your jacket doesn't crawl up your torso.
