This is a great head torch for the price, it has several different settings including a dimming setting that means you can lay low while reading and get good lighting for adventures. So far it has been to great to use while ski touring and camping out.

The BD gizmo light is a nice headlamp for the price. It is simply, has some decent features, and is not too expensive.
Buyer beware: this headlamp DOES NOT have a red night vision mode as stated in the description.

Works just fine, great given the cost. Mostly use for early morning runs in the winter when the days are short.

Fine product for the price. This is my backup headlamp and it fits that role to a T. The style is sharp as well.
Works great around base camp with the wide beam style. You control the dim level! Great strobe setting. If you prefer a more focused high beam setting - I would not recommend it.
Maybe it's because I didn't read the manual... but red night vision setting? I haven't found it at all. Don't worry - I won't rate a product lower due to a possibly inaccurate product description!

Got this for my girlfriend for camping around Utah. It's exactly what she needs - nothing fancy, just a light that turns on and off and stays put on your head. Inexpensive and perfect.
