After takeing a quick run i put my skins on and was ready to get on my way when my skis suddenly weighed just about as much as me. Never being told about such a problem i found out the hard way. With a block of this wax it's never happened to me agin.

The more the better, you can see where it has been applied to the skin as you rub it on. Preventative maintenance is key, i.e. put it on BEFORE your skins get wet not after. And press hard. Going against the plush doesn't work super well, but desperate times call for desperate measures...

Before buying this wax I had read that plain old candle wax works just as well. I don't know. For 5 bucks it's no big deal and it definitely worked. You get a lot for the price, I will have this bar for a long time to come.

This stuff is cheap and works great if you are having problems with snow building up on the bottoms of your skins.
